A credit is decremented from your account for every record that is selected for download. As an example, if you select a list of 100 prospects, then your account will be decremented 100 credits. 

Credits are (re)allocated monthly based on your subscription. The different subscriptions can be found here. 

We ask all of our users to consult their own legal counsel because what may be compliant for Corporate Prospects in our sourcing may not be compliant in your application of the data. 

That be stated, Corporate Prospects processes personal data on the following legal bases: GDPR Article 9.2(e) the data was made publicly available by the subject and GDPR Article 6.1(f) as necessary for our legitimate interests in providing the services where those interests do not override fundamental rights and freedom related to data privacy. 

In accordance with Article 14.5(b)of the GDPR, we do not individually notify every data subject when doing so would involve disproportionate effort, particularly when the data is publicly available and the impact on privacy is minimal.  

Notifications can be managed for Alerts in Manage Alerts on the left hand navigation panel. On this page, uncheck the email notifications box to stop receiving notifications.

Notifications can be managed for Corporate Places in Manage Criteria on the left hand navigation panel. On this page, uncheck the email notifications box to stop receiving notifications.

Monthly subscriptions renew one calendar month after the initial payment OR payment for upgrade to a larger package. 

Within your profile in the application, select CANCEL renewal. All subscriptions are auto-renewed but you can choose to cancel the auto-renewal at anytime. 

The impact of canceling the auto-renewal is that your subscription will be moved to Trial Package with a limit of 50 credits per month at the end of the subscription. Your saved searches and Alerts will be saved as well.

Corporate Prospects provides annual and monthly subscriptions and neither may be cancelled once they have begun.  We require upfront payment and we do not provide refunds. 

Corporate Prospects requires upfront payment via the credit card on file to renew your subscription. If our attempt to process payment has failed then that will result in your Subscription being moved to the Trial Package limited to 50 credits per month.
